Wanted: Computer Subwoofer? Or Just something with a lot of bass.. in Truro, Nova Scotia

I figured there is such a thing. Not a big sound system sorta guy, so i'll try my best to explain what i'm looking for.
A Sub that'll plug into my PC via the Headphone jack. Or heck, just something with a lot of bass.
Not looking to spend a ton of cash, also seeing whats out there.
Also, it'd be AWESOME if it could be delivered as i would take awhile for me to arrange a drive.
