i bought this phone brand new in the box about 5 months ago, so its still in good condition. Has minor scratches. I still have the original box, the phone comes with 2 sets of HTC headphones, wall charger, and a USB sync cable. It runs by Android so all the apps are free for the most part. very customizable. it has a little light at the top for notifications, trackball , QWERTY keyboard, 3.2 inch Touchscreen.
