Need mature female/ male roommate in Truro, Nova Scotia

I am looking for someone to rent a room in a 2 bedroom apartment downtown about 10 min from NSCC and 20 min from NSAC (I haven't walked myself yet but I am approximating). I am a student at NSAC myself, a mature student and am looking for a mature female or male, working or going to school. The rent is 325.00 plus half of the power, cable/ wifi/phone/power. It works out to about $400/month. It has a great kitchen and a large living room. Must love pets; I have a dog and a cat! I have some furniture and will be getting more.
