NSAC Student looking to split a 2 bedroom January to April in Truro, Nova Scotia

4th year student looking for someone (preferably female) to split a 2 bedroom apartment with on Vimy Rd for Winter Semester. 10 minute walk to NSAC campus, completely furnished except for your bedroom. Monthly expenses per person- half on rent ($260 each), internet/phone ($20 each plus 5 cents/min for long distance calls), and power (usually $40 each). The apartment is heated by oil and I plan to top up the barrel again in January ($150 each, one time expense). The landlord does not allow dogs but cats and smaller pets are welcome.
