Wanted: Roommate Needed for Fabulous 2 Bedroom Apartment in Truro, Nova Scotia

I am looking for a roommate to share a beautiful (NEW) xxxx sq ft. 2 bedroom apartment with. Ideally, I would like someone to sign a monthly lease.
The apartment is completely furnished and beautifully decorated with 5 appliances. You would need to supply your bedroom furniture. I do have a good futon that could be used as a bed if need be.
I am a female who works in Halifax and spend most weekends away. I am looking for someone who is very clean, independent and employed. References may be requested.
